- *Peak rates apply to Fall Foliage season (Sept. 22 through Oct. 17), Christmas/New Year's week, and the three nights of Presidents' Day weekend in February.
- Single occupancy, deduct $10.
- Triple occupancy, add $30 for the third person.
- A minimum stay of two nights is required on most weekends. A minimum stay of three nights is required on most holidays.
- Children 12 & under, add $15 per child. Well-behaved children five years old or older are welcome.
- For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the Inn. However, we have covered outdoor porches.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
- All rates are exclusive of state tax (9%) and community sponsorship fee (4%).
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- We prefer cash or personal check for final payment and accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Deposits
- Deposits are required within five days of the reservation request.
- A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations, with the exception that the entire amount is required in advance for all one-night stays.
- Deposits within 30 days of reservation must be guaranteed with a bank check or credit card.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted until 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 cancellation fee. (Does not apply to group rates. Please ask about our Group Rate policy.)
- If you should cancel or shorten your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be kept. In the event we are able to re-rent your room, a credit will be given for a future stay, subject to availability.
- In the case of a late arrival or early departure arising from an emergency, you will be charged 75% of the rate for the cancelled portion of the reservation.
