Rates and General Information

*Peak rates apply to Fall Foliage season (September 20 through October 19), Christmas/New Year’s week, President’s Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor day, and Indigenous People’s Day.

Triple occupancy, children 3 and under are free, $35 fee for a rollaway setup in most rooms. The Ascutney room is not large enough to accommodate a rollaway. Contact management for triple occupancy questions/bookings.

A minimum stay of two nights is required on most weekends. On occasion, exceptions can be made. Please call.

Well-behaved children are welcome.

For the comfort of our guests, smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the Inn. There is an outdoor smoking station.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. Please call if your arrival will be later than 9:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

All rates are exclusive of state tax (9%) and Fee (4%).

We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express, Checks, or Cash.

High Speed Wireless internet is available throughout the entire inn.

Each Room has a Smart TV, with paid streaming aps Including Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount +, Apple TV, Amazon, ESPN+, among other streaming channels.

Each room is equipped with a wifi connected smoke detector.

Pro Conair blow dryers in all rooms.

Additional power strips alarm clocks with USB port in all rooms.
Starting July 1, 2022, we will be serving beer and wine via our in-house bar. After that time, we cannot allow guests to bring outside alcohol onto the premises. We offer a nice selection of local craft beers and a variety of wines by the bottle and by the glass.
Shoes
To help us protect our beautiful 100+ Year Old wood floors, we ask guests to remove their shoes/boots upon entering the Inn. You may bring your slippers, house shoes or enjoy our clean floors in your stockings. Each room has a set of slippers, and you’re welcome to wear them everywhere on premises.
Pets
Sorry we cannot accommodate your pets, but we have a dog who will be happy to be your surrogate for your stay.
Cancellations

As a small inn with only 9 rooms, each cancellation takes a large toll on our business.

We require at least 15 days notice if you must change or cancel your reservation.

If we’re notified of the cancellation before the 15 days, we will issue a full refund, and charge you a $25 processing fee.

No-shows, early departures, and same-day cancellations are responsible for the full amount of the stay.

Cancellations received after the required date will be charged whatever portion of the stay that we are unable to re-book.
